Modmail
Members DM Kovu to reach your staff in a private conversation, with anonymous replies, snippets and transcripts.
Set it up
Open the dashboard and pick your server. Sign in with Discord if you haven’t.
Find Modmail in the sidebar (or press ⌘K and type its name) and turn it on.
Go through the settings below. Simple mode shows the essentials; switch to Advanced for the rest.
Try it in Discord:
/areply. Staff can restrict or turn off each command in Commands.

Replies
- Sending replies
- ChoiceAutomatic: everything staff write in the conversation goes to the member, except notes starting with the note prefix. Command: only /modmail reply is sent.
